We don't like to think about what may happen when training but emergencies do occur and it is good to know that your Emergency Contact details are available even if you are not able to talk or are in shock and can't remember them. 

This tag is laser-cut and made from stainless steel, it will not tarnish and discolour your shoe, or interfere with the timing mat during a race.
